I’ve been meeting with Phil for a couple of months now and it has been just fantastic. Working with him feels so natural, like we’re simply having a conversation. He just seems naturally curious, interested, and supportive and I look forward to meeting with him every week, just to have a space where I can share what’s going on with me and hear him reflect back insightful thoughts and questions.

One of the things that I love most about my time with Phil is that I never feel that he’s coming from a place of superiority or that he’s trying to teach me something or trying to get me to recognize something I’m not seeing. It feels like any of the insights that come up during our conversations are organically emerging from a space of equality and support, free of judgement. Having a relationship free from that dynamic where something needs to be fixed is so wonderful and rare.
