Input/Output

We often look at ‘productivity’ as the metric by which we define success or status. On numerous occasions I have asked people how they are and have been given the answer ‘busy’ in response. Remembering back to when I was least connected to those around me and most attached to my output, that was often my response too. It seems odd to me how much our output can come to define us when the inputs - for example: observing, learning, understanding and practicing hold so much value but often aren’t regarded as carrying much weight.

If we take more time on our input phases, our output becomes greater by default.
